How do I redeem an AppSumo code?

Open the redemption link from your AppSumo purchase (slashimage.com/dashboard/redeem), sign up or sign in, paste your code, and click Redeem. Your lifetime plan applies right away. To add more codes later, go to Billing > Redeem another code; you can stack up to 5 on one account.

Redeem your first code

1. Open the redemption link in your AppSumo account, or go to slashimage.com/dashboard/redeem.
2. Sign in, or click Sign up to create an account. You return to the redeem page when you're done, including after confirming your email or signing in with Google.
3. Paste your code into AppSumo code. Codes look like SI-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX; spaces and lowercase are fine.
4. Click Redeem. The page confirms your new total, for example 1 of 5 codes, and what your next code would unlock. On your first code it also lists the setup steps below.

Connect WordPress

1. Install the SlashImage plugin on your WordPress site.
2. Copy your master key from API keys.
3. In WordPress, go to Media > SlashImage, paste the key, and click Connect.

Add another code

1. Sign in with the same account you redeemed your first code on.
2. Open Billing and click Redeem another code.
3. Paste the code and click Redeem. Your plan moves up a tier right away.

What each number of codes gets you

Your monthly allowance resets on the 1st of each month.

What can go wrong

• "You have an active subscription." A lifetime plan can't run alongside a paid subscription. Cancel it from Billing with Manage Subscription, then redeem once it has ended.
• "This code has already been redeemed on another account." Each code works once. If you redeemed it on a different account by mistake, contact support.
• "Too many attempts." After several codes that don't match, the form pauses for up to an hour. Check the code for typos before trying again.
