How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Billing page, click Manage Subscription, and cancel in the portal. Your plan keeps working until the end of the billing period you have already paid for - cancelling does not cut you off immediately.

Cancel

1. In your dashboard, open the Billing page.
2. Click Manage Subscription to open the Customer Portal.
3. Cancel your subscription. The portal confirms the date your plan ends.

What happens

• You keep your current plan and allowance until the end of the period you paid for.
• At that date, your account returns to the Free plan (100 images a month).
• Your optimized images are not affected - they live on your own sites and keep being served.

Changed your mind before the period ends? Reopen Manage Subscription and resume the subscription.
