Billing questions
What counts as one image?
One source image is one credit against your monthly quota, no matter how many output formats are generated. JPEG, WebP, and AVIF all come back from a single API call and count as one.
What's the difference between Growth and Unlimited?
Growth gives you 5,000 images a month, which fits most sites comfortably. Unlimited removes the monthly cap and adds sub-keys for splitting access across separate client sites. Both include domain controls.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes. Open the billing portal from your dashboard and Stripe prorates the difference automatically. Switching from annual back to monthly isn't supported right now.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, then drops to the Free plan (100 images a month). You won't be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Request a full refund within 7 days of a charge, no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are handled case by case.
