What happens when I run out of credits?

When you use up your monthly credits, SlashImage pauses optimizing new images until your allowance resets. Everything you have already optimized keeps being served as normal - running out of credits never takes images down.

What you see

Optimizing stops, and the plugin tells you that you have used all your credits. A bulk run pauses with a notice that you have used your full allowance. Look up the exact message in How do I fix an invalid or revoked API key?.

How to continue

• Upgrade your plan for a higher allowance, which takes effect right away. See How do I upgrade my plan?.
• Wait for the monthly reset. Your allowance refills at the start of your next month, and optimizing resumes on its own.
